Out of absolutely nowhere, i have suddenly been overtaken with the desperate urge to watch a Really Bad 80’s Movie.
Namely, i desire to see, Gleaming the Cube.
i havent seen this movie in YEARS. but its a very young Christian Slater on a skateboard with an adopted asian brother who gets killed. and then he solves the murder!
its terrible and i love it and i just found out its out on dvd! and what is even better, is that people who review it describe it as “rad.”
i mean really really bad. really. his adopted Viernamese brother is killed. he is a skater!boi who starts to fall for his brother’s girlfriend and gets involved with the Vietnamese mafia!
it would occansionally come on TBS, which shows the best bad movies.
